== TERMS OF SERVICE ==
By commissioning me, you are agreeing to all the terms of service stated below:
Payment:
- I will only start working on the commission after receiving full payment.
- Please discuss with me beforehand if you need a hold (1 week max.)
Copyright and Usage:
- Any commissioned art/ designs CANNOT be used for commercial use unless discussed otherwise beforehand. Commissions are for personal use only.
- Please credit me if you post any commissioned art on social media.
- I retain all rights to the commissioned artwork (including posting any commissioned works on social media/ using them in commission sheets)
Commercial Rights:
- Commercial use is available upon request and will be atleast x2 the original price depending on usage.
Refund Policy:
- I do not accept any refunds once I have started working on the commission.
- If I am unable to finish your commission for any reason, I will provide a 100% refund.
Adopts & Custom designs:
- Adopts/ designs can be resold for its initial price + value added through additional art that you have bought/created.
- Feel free to make any edits to my designs as long as you credit it properly. (e.g. original design by hoonkiah, edits by you)
- You are free to create any Closed Species versions of my designs!
Additional Charges:
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the character design or background - e.g. armour, props, accessories, tattoos, animals
Deadlines:
- Commissions will take up to [2 weeks - 5 months] to complete. (may take longer due to school)
- You are free to ask for updates anytime!

1. For personal commissions, please fill out my commission form.->For commercial commissions (for twitch/ vtubers/ merchandise etc.), please send me a message/email containing the following:- Description about the commission type you would like- Clear reference photo(s) of the character(s)- Your email address and PayPal email2. Once I accept your commission, we can discuss any details and I will send you a payment request through PayPal.3. I will send progress photos for you to review and you can request minor changes as I work on the commission.4. Finished commission:I will send you the finished commission as a PNG file through email. (Transparent background ver. is available if requested beforehand)
